The Terratek project is the first proyect under the IMEF Initiative model. Terratek is leaded by the Indigenous Peoples Chancas from the Apurimac Region in the Andes of Peru and is lead by the Terratek Extractive Resources. The Project is based on a polymetalic Deposit of Copper, Gold, Silver and Molybdenum. The Terratek Project has the licensess to operaet 600 Hectares in Yanacullo and provides the opportunity to benefit the Chancas Indigenous Peoples from the mineral Wealth in their ancestral land and to become financially independent. The first tear of the Project was initiated in January 2025 and there are more to come. The Chanca (Chanka) INdigenous Peoples are a powerful warrior descendants from the Andes of Peru who marked a pivotal moment of the Inca expansion. Their legacy as warriors persist in their motivation to fight poverty and re instate their ancestral mining practices. Most Indigenous Peoples Chancas working for the Terratek Project through the IMEF model are artisanal miners are transitioning towards formal mining.
